The Main objective of Web Based “CRS” is to develop an online and central Recruitment Process System for the job provider.
The feature of this system is to display vacancies, storing Applicants (persons applying for a vacancy) data, Interview process initiation, Scheduling Interviews, Storing Interview results of the applicant and finally hiring the applicants as per requirement. This application acts as an interface between the job seekers from different geographical locations and the organization to minimize the time span of the hiring process.
The front page of this system will be exposed to the applicants where they can login and get the information about the required job in the required field based on their ability and qualification(s).
