This paper will talk about design VLC using 4×4 Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and 4 Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) and using 8×8 Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and 8 Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) in Xilinx system generator This paper will test the performance with several experiments with indicators of SNR effect on SER, the effect of Eb / E0 on SER and the effect of a large amount of data on SER.
